Difuse is IP Technics’ own converged networking platform. We designed and built it because after 15 years of deploying enterprise infrastructure, we saw the same problem everywhere: organisations running five separate appliances from five different vendors for functions that belong together. A router from one vendor, a firewall from another, a standalone PBX, a separate SBC, and WiFi controllers on top of that. Each with its own licensing, its own management interface, and its own support contract.

Why We Built It

Most IT companies resell other people’s products. We design and build our own. Difuse exists because we could not find a platform that did what we needed at a price point that made sense for the organisations we serve. Building it ourselves means we control the roadmap, we fix issues at the source code level, and we do not answer to a vendor’s licensing department. That depth of ownership is something no reseller can offer.
